JULY IS HERE

Oh that waterfall looks refreshing on a hot summer's day. Leave it up to Snoopy to find a way to tell June goodbye.

Chillin at the beach. What a life Snoopy has ushering in July with his sun shades a cool chair and an umbrella. Nothing like that salt air to relax a canine.

So this handsome fella and his sister and dad had lunch at the Olive Garden with me today. Plus we told PaPa Roger to come join the fun. So we all had a great time with yummy food and lots of laughter.

Poor baby girl, getting those molars. She was gnawing on those bread sticks like a baby beaver. Such a sweetheart. When the waiter brought her ice cold milk, she smiled and sighed...

A new month in the making and counting down the days until Hannah and Jake come home. She will celebrate her birthday here and we are tickled. These two travelers will hitch their wagon and be here for a weekend celebration next Saturday. Avery is getting the week off so we should have some good visiting.

So another trip around the sun for Hannah is in store. Two days and counting.

Hannah is having a "wake" style birthday bash. She has worked hard on her decorations and her sister Rebekah and has been buying party goodies too. We have a few birthday surprise gifts for her and a high school friend is making her cake.

My baby girl and me during our Mother's Day weekend.

This girtl has a special bond with her dad. He was the "Doctor Dad" that delivered her. What a night that was. We never made it to our hospital and no one at the closer facility that cared for us afterwards would sign her birth certificate. Our doctor Colleen Conry signed it a few weeks later. She was our largest baby baby weighing in at 8 pounds even  and today, she is our smallest, skinny mini.  Her daddy called her Hannah Who, from the antimated movie, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas (Cindy Lou Who).

Enjoying my time with good memories and looking forward to making more with our girl Hannah and her hubby Jake.

Time for some baseball before bedtime. Rockies are at home and after a rain delay are finally playing the St. Louis Cardinals. Sleep well, rest up and enjoy a wonderful Independence Day weekend.

A time to celebrate the USA and remember all the sacrifices to keep us free.
