Digging into these memories to celebrate Jeremy today. He was the sweetest graduate from his kindergarten class although I am guessing most mom's said that about each one of their own children.
"I know the plans I have for you in mind, declares the Lord; they are plans for peace, not disaster, to give you a future filled with hope. " Jeremiah 29:11
This verse fits Jeremy perfectly. When he was a young fellow in Catholic school, there was an elderly nun and she called him Jeremiah. I always loved this verse, because it reminded me of that little nun and my son. He once won a painting she had painted. Honestly, I think she fixed the giveaway, so Jeremy would win. She told the principal at the Catholic high school, he was her favorite student. He and the high school principal became good friends and he once gave her roses on Valentine's Day. He was that boy at school, always making sure others were not sad or lonely. He has many of the same friends from his youth and his high school days. He is a good man. Upstanding and kind. He is also a very good dad. An excellent husband and of course, our son who we love dearly. Hoping Jeremy sees many more wonderful birthdays.
Love is...knows how to celebrate a birthday!
Have a great rest and hoping we meet here tomorrow. God Bless You all. Sweet Dreams
