Aw...Mondays

Aw...Mondays Here was some of our Easter . We celebrated with brunch at Jeremy and Brittany's house. Colton is on the road battling the snowy states of Montana, North and South Dakota and Jacey had to work so Noelle and Roger brought Harrison and Shea. What fun we had. Blake was still feeling under the weather so he was taking a nap when we took this photo of Harrison, Brody and Shea.

I forgot to take photos of the delicious food. We had a beautiful ham, has brown casserole, cinnamon roll casserole, eggs cooked to order by Jeremy. We had bacon and fresh fruit, yummy lemon, raspberry and cinnamon  bread. It was a great time. So many great dishes, I may have forgotten some of them!

These two guys were discussing school. At one point I heard Brody tell Harrison, you know I go to school, I am four now. They ate and played and had lots of fun. They thought they would get out of pick up duty with toys strewn in three rooms. Grandpa Avery said I don't think you two can pick up all these toys before I count to fifty! They went to town and had about 15 seconds left when the area was clean again.

Hungry kids are happy kids when their tummies are full!

Me and my guys! When people tell me they don't like taking their picture, I have to tell them the story of  Julie, another blogger who had a dear friend Aledia. She never took photos with her kids and one weekend they took a photo. The next day she passed away from a car accident. Julie decided to honor her friend by sharing photos of her own kids and spouse with her. She really encouraged many of us to do the same. I make the kids take photos, because we never know if it will be our last one together.

All the girls and dad . Brody snuck in one photo and we were happy he did!

Love is...makes me smile.

I hope you had a wonderful weekend and a wonderful Easter celebrtion or Passover. I love hearing about those that celebrate and their traditions. Have a great week.

You have a very good point about needing to be in photos! Everyone looks so happy here, especially the kids. And you have made me so hungry! Why did you not sleep last night? I use a Nikon Super Zoom, it's not the fancy kind that uses different lenses...I could never learn to use one of those.

Aww - you had a wonderful Easter with your family! I love seeing all the pics.
I'm one of those people who doesn't like having my picture taken, but you are so right in why it should be done.
